"Hi I'm Marlene Spiegel founding team Leader with wild tree I'm here on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to make Crab cakes a real good appetizer or if you want to make them for a main meal first we star with the crab I'm making them for a appetizer so I'm just going to use about four ounces a little bit of bread crumbs some low fat mayo always Dijon mustard Wildtree's onion and chive blend and there seafood blend let's grab a couple little table spoons of those and then an egg. Now I'm going to stir this all around and make a wonderful blend with it the crab, there's always lots of crab in this and that's what the key is. Make sure you always give a good amount of crab. People don't want to bite in this and just taste the binder they want to taste the good crab meat. Now were going to roll them into Little balls. You want to roll them into little balls because I want to use them as appetizers once were done rolling them were going to flatten them the we're going to put them in the over and bake them for about fifteen twenty minutes at about three twenty five I think you can understand how I'm rolling them let me show you how I flatten them I have a stainless steel little spatula do put some grape seed oil on them because it still sticks a little. That one stuck a lot lets fold them right down you can even flatten them with your finger then I just sprinkle just very very little grape seed oil on top then I'm going to plop them in the oven. When they come out they'll be golden brown Just like this don't those look good serve with a cocktail sauce or just some Lemon juice Bon Appetite."
