"Hi my name is J and I'm talking to you guys on behalf of expertvillage.com and we are going to move on with our hummus and I'm going to be talking about how to garnish your hummus. Garnish is a word in culinary in terms which basically making something look nice by garnishing basically. What you want to do is pile a couple of heaping tablespoons onto your plate, kind of swirl it around like that to give you a little swirl look to it. I have a lot of hummus as you can see here cause I made a bunch more early on and first thing first I got yogurt in a squirt bottle I love this squirt bottles they are so beautiful for presentation. First thing you can do is you can start at the top and you can kind of go like that in a basic circle it kind of gives it a nice swirl look. You can even go over some section you can but it doesn't need to be perfect. Next thing I have here is chopped parsley, chopped parsley which this is flatly parsley works so well with so many things it brings out colors and make things so beautiful. So what you are going to do is just lightly sprinkle this around your hummus as you can see it just brightens it up. Another thing that I like to do is I like to cut up cucumber very very fine, then you want to cut it in half and then you got yourself little halves that you can put in there just like that. There you go you have a beautiful plate, it is nicely garnish and it is ready for eating. "
