"Hi my name is J I'm talking to you guys on behalf of expertvillage.com now we are going to process our garbanzo beans mixture in my handy dandy grinder here and I'm going to add my extra virgin olive oil while I pulse. Now this is a really high quality oil and this is about 20 dollars a bottle. You definitely don't have to use really really good virgin olive oil if you got it on hand use it if you don't you can just use regular old bottle of olive oil. But I definitely recommend extra virgin olive oil it has a lot better flavor then regular olive oil, it is more for dipping and you know putting on top of food once there cooked, it is a very very tasty thing to do. So now what I'm going to do I'm going to get my processor ready to get processing and I'm just going to pulse. When I pulse I'm going to put in a little of olive oil. And I will open it up and check to see if everything is nice and grinned and it is and that is the oil part of your hummus. "
