"Hi my name is J and I'm talking to you guys on behalf of expertvillage.com we are going to go on with the hummus and I'm going to add lemon. Now lemon is a very funny type of food it can come really really hard and no juice or it can be really really juice and a bunch of juice. Before I use a lemon I always roll it so I can get more of the juices out of it. Take the sticker off and I will get my zestier which is micro plan zestier and your going to for every can of garbanzo beans you want to use one lemon. With the zestier what you are going to do is simple go back and forth on the skin. Now you can see on there how it is a little white that is zestier there you don't want to go over that spot to many times. You just want to go over one spot move, go over one spot move, go over one spot move and that is basically zesting your lemon. Put all that into your mixture of goodies. Cut your lemon in half and what I do I get my zestier and I put the lemon right over it and squeeze it that way I can catch all the seeds. I don't have to deal with fishing them out later. See that caught all my seeds. Same thing with this one and that is putting the lemon in your hummus. "
