"Hi my name is J I'm talking to you on behalf of expertvillage.com today I'm going to be adding the tahini to the hummus. Tahini is a sesame seed paste very liquidly it is a bunch of sesame seeds grind up and made into a paste. This is very popular in the middle east especially Israel. A little goes a long way if you have a jar of this it will last you for ever. All you need is one teaspoon and make sure that it all drains off your teaspoon cause it is really really sticky stuff. Now this stuff is pretty cheap you can find it at your local convenient store usually like a super market for about 5 bucks. If you go to a middle eastern store you can probably find it for about 3 bucks. So it is a lot cheaper at your middle eastern stores they come in all different type of sizes, I will definitely recommend getting a smaller size cause this stuff last you forever. It is very very good stuff, it is kind of like peanut butter but a little saltier, very very good stuff and this is what binds your hummus together. "
