"Hi my name is J I'm talking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com and we are going to be going on with the seasoning part of your hummus. First and foremost I use fresh ground black pepper, what I mean by that is you can actually see whole pepper cornsin my grinder. This makes so much flavor rather then using the powder form of pepper which most people are use to. What you want to do is basically use enough pepper to kind of just to top off the very top of the garbanzo beans about 10 different turns. Next is salt there is already salt added in the beans so I'm not going to put to much salt. As far as salt goes you can use kosher salt or you can use sea salt it doesn't really matter. Next thing that I got is my garlic powder. The garlic powder you are just going to lightly do it not to much. All this stuff is eyeballed if you want to you know put to much to little cause you can always add on later on. Now this is my habenero powder, habenero powder goes is very very hot so I'm just going to add just a little bit and this is just for a extra little flavor. Next thing I do is use paprika you don't want to add to much paprika cause you want to garnish with the paprika at the very end. So you just wnat to eyeball that I would say about half a teaspoon. That is going to be it for all the seasoning in my hummus. "
