"Hi my name is J I'm talking to you guys today on behalf of expertvillage.com we are going to be adding the garbanzo beans to our hummus. Garbanzo beans like I said earlier comes in a lot of different forms. It comes in dry form, come in a wet form. Wet form means that it is canned and it has juice in already and I really like the ones in the can because it has the juice in it like I said and you can use that in your hummus. Garbanzo beans are very very cheap in is only like .69 cents a can unless you get the organic brand with is like a dollar something. Also you want to get the garbanzo beans that has salt already added to them if you get the one that doesn't have salt in them then you are going to have to add even more salt in the seasoning part of the hummus. You want to kind of drain some of the garbanzo juice. You don't want to drain it all. You want to add everything to your processor what I do I usually add half of a can of garbanzo beans to my processor because my processor is so small. And that is how you add your garbanzo beans. "
