"Now we're going to talk about the third part of our appetizer trio, and that is a crab dip. Really easy and fun to make, no cooking involved. Here are the ingredients and some of the pieces of equipment you'll need: I have some crab meat, this is a blue swimming crab and it's the claw meat, which is fine for a dip; fresh lime for lime juice; some chopped scallions; a little bit of organic dill - mmm, love the dill, dill is great in any seafood-oriented dish; I have some marinated artichoke hearts; and for the dressing: Dijon mustard, a little bit of mayo and a little bit of sour cream. We're going to mash our artichoke hearts, so I have a potato masher, and a couple of spoons and a bowl to mix the dip, and a little strainer because we're going to strain our artichokes. When we come back, we're going to mash and strain our artichokes."
