"Hi! I'm Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a shrimp pasta salad. Okay now we are going to start putting our dressing together for our shrimp pasta sauce. I'm going to start off with I'm using sandwich spread you can use mayo if you like I prefer the sandwich spread because it already has pickles and reddish that kind of stuff already in there. So we add that, then we are going to add just a couple of tablespoons of mustard that is the creole side stuff and then our seasoning which consist of salt, a little celery salt, a little onion powder, black pepper, garlic powder, a little oil bay and some dry parsley so we would dump that in there and start mixing this around. I like to use a whisk to get it nice and mixed. If you like at this point you can add a little squeeze of lemon juice in here also. If you wanted to add pickles like I said I use the sandwich spread because it already has that in there I get the sourness from the reddish that is already in the sandwich spread mix. And here we have basically the dressing for our shrimp pasta salad."
