"Okay now that we have our shrimp blanched and sitting aside in the ice batch we are going to cook our pasta. We are using the dry the small elbow macaroni pasta we are going to use a cup of that we are going to put in some out boiling, salted water. You need to stir that consistently it would take us about 6-9 minutes to get this done. So you put the pasta in and we would let it come back to a boil a rapid boil. You want to kind of watch that, stir it frequently to keep it from sticking, keep the pasta from sticking on the bottom of the pot and I guess you can use any kind of pasta that you like. I'm using a small elbow macaroni or you can use the small shells, if you want to use the large shells go right ahead it is you choice. So we get this to go back up to a rapid boil and we are going to let this go like I said for about 6-9 minutes we are going to drain the pasta and move on to putting our salad together."
