"Hi this is Karen for Expert Village now I'll show you how to make a sundried tomato dressing this ones a little more fancy it has some interesting flavors. These are the ingredients we'll be using 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil, 6 sundried tomatoes now these sundried tomatoes we're packed in oil you can also get the dry ones and soften them in a little boiling water and let them sit for 1/2 an hour if you have the dried ones. The ones in oil you won't need to, 2 tablespoons of orange juice this will give us a little tangy citrusy flavor and it goes very well with the sundried tomatoes. This will give us this is a 1 tablespoon of apple juice concentrate it will give us a little sweetness so that we have sort of a sweet and sour thing going on here. This is 1 tablespoon of brine from the Greek olives this is what we're salting our dressing with so you might want to adjust the salt later but this will give it a nice flavor. One garlic clove, a 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder or chili pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper this will give it a little zing a little spice and you can adjust these 2 whatever you like."
