"Hi this is Karen for Expert Village we'll start by juicing our lemon just cut your lemon in half and you can pierce it with a fork and squeeze and move the fork around to break up the pulp and to get as much juice out of that lemon as possible. You can rotate the lemon and do it again and we'll do the other side and we're going to be using 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice. After you squeeze the juice out of the lemon you want to just go ahead and pull any seeds out of there and discard those with the lemon skin. So I'm going to measure out the 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice and then we're going to use 6 tablespoons of our olive oil 1, this is also about a 1/3 of a cup, 6 tablespoons is about a 1/3 of a cup, 3 4 5 but I'm being a little lazy cause I don't want to I just want to use my tablespoon and I already messed up. And then I'm using a 1/2 of teaspoon of salt and a 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and you can salt and pepper to taste whatever your the amount of salt and pepper that you like. You should just mix that up like this with your fork you could put it in to a cruet if you like and shake that up real good it incorporate it real good and nicely. But this is a basic traditional dressing for a Greek salad."
