"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Banford. I'm going to show you how to make some rock and pasta salad and some couscous lentil salad. Now we're going to make our couscous and it couldn't be simpler. Because the couscous you buy in the supermarket these days is processed, so basically already cooked and then dried, it cooks in a snap. I mean it's almost not even cooking. We have two cups of hot water. I'm going to add about a shy tablespoon of butter and into our bowl is two cups of couscous. So the relationship is one to one couscous to water and then we're going to pour our hot water with the butter right over it, add salt and pepper. Give it a stir and that's it couscous has to stand for about five minutes and then it's done. Told you it was easy and when we come back we're going to talk about sun dried tomatoes."
