And I don't think you can ever go wrong with pears. Pears is the one fruit that literally everyone loves. So, we're giving these a simple cut. And the one problem I have withe pears is that they commonly turn brown and that's because the oxygen is hitting the outer part of the skin. So to cut and reduce that down, you definitely want to give just a light squeeze of any type of citrus whether it's lemon or lime. We're going to finish up on our pears, move on to our next step.
