"So with our next step that we're going to wash our greens down in is we're just going to, just a little bit of, little bit of warm tap water, or bottled water if you have that conscience. I like to get it all in there. Unfortunately I do not have a sprayer so I can't spray them down. But let me tell you, you give them a nice toss, I even like to let mine sit in the sink, just like that, let them do their thing. And another thing, the last part in this step in our process to toss and clean our salad greens, I keep mine in a study colander, let it kind of do its thing, sit out, hang out for a little while. Or if you're in a big rush you can always line these with paper towels, and let them hang out for probably about two minutes or so. Of course the more time, the merrier. Give them a simple toss just like that just so we know that there's nothing still leaking. Of course we don't want a salad that's going to extract water, because the greens, they soak up the water. So they're naturally going to extract them, so we want to make sure everything is nice and clean. Look at that, the color's still in tact. We're going to have a wonderful salad. "
