"So the first part of our mixed green salad that we're doing today, starting off with a simple balsamic vinaigrette, which is just olive oil, balsamic, little bit of lemon juice to cut that bite in the balsamic, some cherry tomatoes. Here way have some freshly chopped dates, once again some shaved Fidelia onions, a little bit of chopped garlic, our crustinies, which are going to make some phenomenal croƻtons. This right here we have walnuts that we're going to candy them up to kind of throw off the accent of the balsamic, a little bit of sweetness from the brown sugar. Here we have some fresh Gorgonzola crumbled cheese, and last but not least some boscoe pears. So these are simple ingredients, our mixed greens of course. A little bit of red leaf, ridecio, and arugula. So this is known as your standard European mix right here. So that's your mixed greens right there. So, very simple, very standard, a great great taste to them. So a little bit of peppery with the red leaf, and the others are just, they're absolutely phenomenal, so. And last but not least, this is our frizea, very popular as well. So there are your greens, red leaf, redicio, arugula, and of course frizea. So that's our salad mix. And of course you can always substitute it out if you don't like that. Mixed greens always goes with the balsamic. If you're doing something of a Romain, or a thicker type of lettuce, you definitely of course want to go with a classic ranch. That's just my favorite. So those are our ingredients. "
