"Hey guys! My name is J. on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip I am going to show you about adding the bacon to the sautee pan. Now while the sautee pan is on medium heat, medium high heat and it is getting hot, it is going to be scorching hot when you put the bacon on the pan. That is a good thing. Next we are going to have 4 strips of bacon and I am going to cut them in half very quickly. Okay guys now that I have cut my bacon into halves, I am going to grab my sautee pan that I have on medium high heat, spray with a little bit of Pam and throw my bacon in there. Hopefully one at a time. Grab them one at a time that way they are evenly put on there. If the heat is too high for the bacon guys, you might want to turn down the heat on the stove. That sounds good. You want that nice sizzling sound on that one side of the bacon. What you are going to do is you are actually going to put this down on the end, turn the heat down a little bit and let it sit there and get caramelized. Once one side is cooked, you are going to flip it and let it sit there for half the time you let it sit on there the first time and you are going to put it on paper towels and that way it can nice and dry and crispy. You can even put it inside a wire rack or something like that. That way it can get extra crispy but you want this to have a lot of texture and color. All right guys, that's it for adding the bacon. "
