"Hi this Karen for Expert Village. Now let's chop our vegetables we are just going to chop them rough. I'm going to put my onion peels into the soups so I'm going to put them in my bowl that is going to go into the soup. The parsley stems are fine the way they are, the celery we are just going to chop up just rough big chunks. The same with the carrots and the karbi just nice big chunks. All of these we are just going to make a stock you just want to boil up the meats and the vegetables just to get there flavors out. So you don't need to do any fancy cutting nice big chunky pieces and that is what would go into our stock. "
