"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village our stock has yielded about 4 quarts of broth now with the chicken that came out of it you can cook up a lot of noodles and make a big pot of soup. I'm going to make just a serving of 4 I'm going to use 1 quart of the broth and I'm going to add 1 of my carrots, I'm going to simmer that until the carrots are soft and then I'll add our chicken and our noodles and the soup will be complete. Now if you have a big crowed and you want to make a big pot of chicken noodle soup you can use all the broth and use extra noodles and use up all the chicken and probably use about 4 or 5 carrots. Our carrots are finished cooking so let's finish our soup to our broth and carrots I'm going to add our chicken, and our noodles. Now you can leave this on the stove but don't simmer it cause our noodles will get mushy and but just warm the noodles and the chicken through and then it will be ready to serve. And that is beautiful delicious chicken noodle soup to warm you up on a cold day, very long noodles."
