"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village now we're going to cook our noodles for our chicken noodle soup. You want to cook your noodles in a separate pot because you don't want to cook your noodles in the soup it makes the soup starchy. So we're going to cook our noodles in a smaller pot only making about 4 servings and I have these nice little noodles that came in like little serving bunches. Now the water we're going to add a little bit of oil this will keep the noodles from getting sticky and your going to salt the water just to taste, great. Now we'll boil that and when it comes to a full boil we'll add the noodles, our water is boiling now we can add our noodles for your noodles just follow the instructions on the package of the noddles that you bought. These noodles will cook for 6 minutes our noodles are finished cooking they've been cooking for 6 minutes as the package directed I'm going to put them through the colander and just get most of the water out of them, and we'll put them in a bowl, and set that to a side. And you may want to add a little bit of oil to that to keep it from sticking until it goes into the soup just a tiny bit. And you can stir that around now we'll set that to aside and we'll get our soup together."
