"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to put our pan in medium heat and go ahead and start cooking our bacon. Make sure to move the bacon around so it all gets cooked evenly. When we are done, make sure not to pour the grease out cause this is where we are going to cook the onions in. After a few minutes the bacon starts to cook we are going to go ahead and add our onions. Before you can go ahead and start scrapping the pan with a wooden spoon get the little brown and black bits that are stuck to the pan off. You can leave those in there, that's fine it's a nice flavor. So go ahead and add our onions in this isn't required it's just an extra step that we are taking. "
