"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village now we're going to strain our soup through a colander we removed most of the chicken and the vegetables from our stock so now we'll take to strain out the rest of the pieces. We're going to run it through a colander this one fits into a pan nicely and I'll just pour my stock in there and I'm going to because I have a small pot there I'm going to pour this into a storage container. It's a beautiful broth and then continue to strain until we've put all our and we'll get all of that out of there. And we'll put store some in there and we'll store some another container we have a lot of yummy broth, now as you can see the ends of it has a lot of herbs and things floating in it. If you would like a absolutely clear broth you simply put the colander back and put in a piece of cheesecloth on the bottom of the colander and restrain the broth and that will clear all the herbs and all the bits and you'll have a clear stock."
