"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village our chicken soup has been simmering for about 3 hours it smells delicious now we're going to remove the chicken from the soup and remove the vegetables. Use a slotted spoon to remove the chicken from the soup, I'm going to shut the heat off at this point and we want to save this chicken all the nice pieces and we'll be we'll set that aside to cool and we'll reuse that again. The vegetables will discard so I'm going to put the vegetables in a separate pot back here and we've boil out pretty much all the flavor out of them, so we'll be discarding the vegetables. Now it might be helpful to use a slotted spoon and a fork or something to help you get the chicken out, and the vegetables we'll put in a separate pot. This is a nice rich stock there will be enough broth here for chicken noodle soup and we'll store some in our freezer for use of making other soups. "
