"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now after 20-30 minutes has passed the sweet potatoes are tender, we're going to add this to a food processor. You have to make sure that they are tender you can go ahead and stick a fork in them and see if they are done. If it comes out easy they're ready, if it still gets stuck in there you can use a little bit more time. So we're going to add this in a small batches into the food processor you don't want to do it all at once. Make sure you get enough pieces in there, then we're going to cover and blend. After you blended you can check the consistency if need be add a little bit more stock. Now once all the sweet potato has blended we're going to add it back into the pan, at this time we're going to have it at a low heat so nothing will burn. At this point we're going to add about another 1/2 cup of water until the consistency is just about right. We don't want this too thick, keep stirring so we don't burn anything, this is about the consistency you want. Simmer for another minute or two and when this is done transfer into a bowl and in each individual bowl we'll cover with blue cheese and the cooked garlic chips. There you have garlic and sweet potatoes soup."
