"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. After a few minutes we are going to go ahead and season the potatoes once again with salt and pepper. Then we're going to cover the potatoes with vegetable or chicken broth or water, then we're going to boil and reduce the heat and simmer for about 20-30 minutes. While this is going on we can go ahead and take 2 more cloves of fresh garlic and slice them into really thin pieces. We are going to use this for our topping once the food is done. After you done this we're going to go ahead and heat up some more vegetable or olive oil and add the garlic to it. We're not going to cook it too long, make sure to separate them so the garlic can cook evenly. When we are done we are going to pour these onto a paper towel to drain off any excess oil."
