"Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village now we're going to add the chicken to the pot, this is one whole chicken cut in 8 pieces plus I've bought some bones some extra pan of bones and if you want a real flavorful soup you put the bones in a pan and you roast them in a 450 degree oven for about a 1/2 an hour and you'll get a nice browned up and that will give you a great flavor in your soap. So we'll just take those bones next and wings and bones and put them right into the pot and we'll add our chicken and we washed our chicken, rinsed it off good and you wash this chicken and just push it down. The vegetables will soften up and everything will shrink a little bit at first it's going to really fill the pot, and we'll have a nice full pot, but this is going to be a yummy soap. Next we'll be adding the liquid and the seasoning."
