    "Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. When the onions are done we are going to go ahead and sprinkle the flour on top. So 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour, at this point you want to go ahead and add the thyme and bay leaves about 1 teaspoon of each. If you decide to use whole bay leaf this is fine just make sure to remove them when you are done. You want to make sure that everything is well blended and you want to turn the heat to high. As you stir you notice the little brown bits stuck to the pan this is okay just get those off, this is where the flavor is. You just want to mix all that up for about another minute to two. "
