"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. When the leeks and ham are ready we're going to slowly add our flour. This is 1/2 cup of all purpose flour make; sure to not dump it in there cause it will be harder to work out. You want to slowly add it in there, make sure to keep stirring as not to burn, when well blended we can go ahead and slowly add our chicken broth. Stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly, this is 3 cups of chicken broth. Make sure not to burn so keep an eye on this."
