"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now, while the sausage is cooking we're going to need to mince some garlic. If you have a garlic press this works fine, if not just chop the garlic into small pieces as small as you can get. Now we're going to add our bacon to another pan with our onions and stir that around. After that is cooked for a while and the bacon has become crisp we're going to add our garlic. You don't want to add this too soon or you'll burn the garlic and there is nothing worse than burnt garlic. This will eventually cook to the bottom of the pan but that is okay that is where the flavor is, just make sure to stir around."
