"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. We're going to start off by cutting our sausage into 1/4" pieces as you can see and dicing our bacon. We need 3 pieces of bacon or 6 half pieces, we're going to cut those in the same size pieces of the sausage. It doesn't matter what kind of bacon, pieces about this big now we're going to heat up a skillet and add our sausage to it.
