Video Transcript

"Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to make hot and sour soup. For the seasoning first we would add the sugar followed by the light soy sauce. Then we would add our dark soy sauce which is mainly for coloring. If you think that your soup is already too dark in color, you definitely don't have to add all the dark soy sauce. Then we would add the black vinegar into the soup. We would add a little bit of salt and this time to add the pork we would put a little bit of soup to kind of make the pork get soft in the soup a little bit. Then we would add to the wok."
