Video Transcript

"Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to make hot and sour soup. To cook the soup first we would add 2 tablespoon of oil into a medium heat wok. Then we would add a slice of ginger to make the oil full of ginger smell. Once the ginger is coated you actually take out the wok. Then we would saute the sauce so we have maximum amount of aroma off the hot sauce and the oil would also have a very reddish color. Then we would then add both the cooking wine and the broth at the same time to the wok. Let it bring to a boil and after that the mushrooms into the soup. The order to adding the ingredients does not really matter. Then we would add the soft tofu to the soup. Remember to stir it gently."
