"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. After our mixture is all done we're going to add it back to our sauce pan. When it reaches the boiling point we're going to add our milk to it, this is 1 cup milk. We're going to stir that in, make sure it all mixes well. Now in a separate bowl while that is cooking we're going to add our egg, with that we're going to slowly add 2 cups of our mixture. At this point we're going to mix the 2 ingredients together, then slowly pour it back with the rest of the ingredients. So we're going to pour that back in there and we're going to continue to cook on medium for another 5 minutes. Then we're going to test the seasonings, add more pepper or salt if needed and there you go, potato soup with leeks."
