"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. After you check the potatoes and the leeks to see if they are done we're going to put them in a food processor in small batches. If you put too much in there at one time it won't mix as well as you want it to be. So small batches is all you need, we're now going to start blending our mixture. We're going to set it on low pulse if you need to and then we're going to check the consistency of it. It seems to be too thick right now so we're going to add a little waterm you can also add vegetable stock or chicken stock. Right now we're using water and blend on low, check it again and now to our next step."
