Video Transcript

"Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to make hot and sour soup. To prepare the pork first we would slice th pork into around 1/8 inch thick. Remember to use a sharp knife to cut any kind of meat. After we have thin slice we would julienne each slice of pork and make them into really really fine strips. Usually we would do it one piece at a time. But if we are confident you can do 2 slices at the same time and that is what the pork would look like. "
