"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now, when your potato stock comes to a boil we're slowly going to add this to the rue. Start off by pouring a little bit of the stock in there mixing it around, then slowly pouring the rest in there. If you pour it all in at one time you're not going to be able to mix it all together, now the potatoes come to a boil we're going to add the milk. We're going to let that cook for a minute or two and if it's still too thick we're going to add more chicken broth. For this recipe you can also use a vegetable broth if you want to but for the flavor we're using chicken. Let that cook for about 15-20 minutes on low heat and there you go, potato soup. "
