"Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show how to make hot and sour soup. To cut the tofu first we would carefully place the tofu on the cutting board. Then we would slice the tofu horizontally into 1/4 inch thick slice. Remember to use the top part of the blade cause it is thinner. Then we would stake up to 3-4 slice of tofu and again cut into thinly strips. Remember to hold the tofu slice gently because the tofu is really soft. Try not to use any kind of tofu but the soft tofu because the soft tofu would give the right ideal of texture for this soup. That is what the slice tofu should look like. "
