"Hi, this is Josiah Owen with Expert Village. In another pot we're going to start making our rue, we're going to add the remaining 6 tablespoons of butter, wait for that to melt. After the butter has melted we're going to slowly start adding our flour, you can't add it all at one time or it will just clump up. So pour a little bit in and whisk it around, make sure this is on medium heat, you don't want to burn it. So slowly and steadily a little at a time make sure it all gets mixed in, we're adding a little more each time. Now once it's all mixed in we're going to cook on low until it cooks to a golden brown. "
