"Hello my name is Hiu on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show how to make hot and sour soup. For the seasoning, first we need 1 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce which is a very specific kind of Chinese sauce. Then we would need around 2 tablespoon of black Chinese vinegar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of black soy sauce. We would have 2 tablespoon of cooking oil, a pinch of salt, also a pinch of ground black or white pepper and 2 tablespoon of cornstarch. "
