"This is Christopher with expertvillage.com and we are going to talk about getting your sponge wet to wash the windows in someone's house. You want to be mindful if you are in someone's house, you don't want to keep your bucket over their carpet. If you can find tile floor like I am on now as opposed to someone's carpet, then that just shows good etiquette. Especially in your own home, you don't want to slop around dirty water on your white rug. Then when you do dip your sponge, like I say you don't need a whole lot of water. You just need enough to get your window wet. So once I dip my sponge, I like to take my hand over my sponge and remove a lot of that excess water so that I am not carrying a lot of water so I am not dripping everywhere I go with my sponge. As you can see, my sponge is wet but it is not dripping wet and I am not making a mess everywhere I go. Like I say having two wands is helpful. I have this smaller one and this is helpful inside because you are not using as much water on the glass. "
