"Hi, I'm Adolph Ramirez from Tampa, Florida and on behalf of Expert Village, today I'll show you how to clean a shower head. Okay, the next thing you want to do is check your shower head. We are going to check to see if it has one of those flow-restricted discs. Not all of them have them, but most of the newer ones do have them. So we are going to check to see if there is one. And hopefully if there is an obstacle between a good flow, this will resolve the problem. So what we are going to do is we are going to screw this goose neck off of it. And this one, yes it does have a little restrictor. We are going to do is try to take this restrictor off. As you can see, this one has a little bit of debris in it. Basically, all you have to do is take your little metal scribe and see if you can carefully pry this thing off. There's a rubber washer in there. Just make sure you don't damage the rubber washer; it's a little "o" ring. So, we just pry this thing up. There you go. This one came off pretty easy. This is your flow resrictor right here that came out. Like I said, you have to be very careful; this one has an "o" ring. We are going to take this guy apart and we are going to check to see if it has any obstructions. And I can see there's a little bit right on here; that's probably my finger too. But as you can see, this is what we are going to try to clean up because these little tiny holes do get clogged up. And when it does, that of course just restricts the flow even more. So that's why we weren't probably getting any good water flow. So, we are going to go ahead and clean this as well. You can also, while you have this thing out, just make sure there's no other debris in here. What we are going to do is we are going to submerge this into the vinegar and we are going to try to clean this all out. "
