"Hi I'm Mark Sullivan for Expert Village. Today we are going to learn how to install a ceiling fan in your home. The first thing we are going to do is make sure that the power is turned off to our reciprocal. Let's go to the breaker panel and we are going to turn off the breaker which controls the power supply to this lamp so we don't get shocked. Because remember safety first. So this is a standard breaker by a company called Square D. So what you do is basically turn this to the off position and now that circuit is dead. You can look at it and tell by having somebody else in the other room and say the light went out or the circuit wwent out or you can walk back in there like we are going to do now. We are going to see that indeed, that the light is off."
