" Hello! Today we're talking about the wonderful world of washing your clothes, specifically, washing your colored clothes. I want to talk a little bit about prioritizing your loads for your laundry. Now what is that exactly and why should I do it? Let me tell you why. Now, when you get ready for the next week, you want to make sure you have everything you need to wear. Of course, I start with underwear and socks. Everybody needs underwear and socks, want all those underwear and sock clean so that's usually my first priority load. Next is usually work. Now for those of you who work at a restaurant and maybe have black pants and that same red shirt or a couple of those red shirts, you know you're going to need that next week and you're going to need it clean, so there's priority number two. After that, if you have something big coming up in the next week like maybe you have a meeting and you're going to wear something that you haven't in a while, I would still go ahead, bring it out of the closet, make sure that it's clean and if not, put that in the next pile because you, you again, don't want to worry about it in that next week. You want to have that all set up and ready to go. Then after that, I go ahead and I do the clothes that maybe I wear on the weekends or just my fun clothes or even if I don't have enough time to get to that last pile, at least I have the clothes together that I need for the next week. Also for you guys, I have a trick. Okay, so for your sock drawer, I know that can also kind of get you going and like I don't have the right sock. What I did is I went ahead in my husband's sock drawer and took out all the old socks and I just gave them to the Goodwill and I started all brand new. I got thirty pair, that's right, thirty pair of black socks and I put them in that drawer. I didn't even have them coupled, I just threw them in there and what that does, is it saves so much time in looking for the coupled sock or to have the right sock. He doesn't even have to think about it now. It's all right there in that sock drawer. He uses them for work, I know that is also going to be a priority pile, because he is going to need those for work all the time. So, think about it, get your priorities straight, and start on your laundry."
