" First, we are going to be starting on the push mower. This model has a bulb on the side right here, a rubber bulb that you will push. It says on here 3 times, you will push this 3 times and what this does is this primes the gas into the carburetor. After you press that 3 times what you will need to do is grasp this safety bell right here under the handle and pull on the cranking cord. Notice I let my hand off of the bell, it cuts the engine, and this is a safety feature that has been designed in the modern lawnmowers. This will kill the engine and also stop the blade. "
