"Hello everyone I am David Rodriguez extension horticulturalist with Texas agrologic extension service. On behalf of extension village we're going to show you cool season vegetables that you can plant on late winter so you have some nice delicious spring harvest. We've showed on previous segment when we do vegetable garden in garden in spring time we are looking for a location that gets plenty of sun 8 to 10 hrs will be preferred. Now this is the month of January and throughout the country it is very cold and even getting a lot of snow out there, we are very fortunate in south Texas to do vegetable garden 11 out of 12 months a year. But the planting is same for you depends on what part of country you are at, just check with the extension office university system agriculture department for the best selection."
