"Next what you want to do is take some paper towels or a cloth and squeeze out as much of water you possibly can. Just stick it in there and squeeze it. If you want you can even leave it out so air dries it a little bit just remember to put back on your lawnmower. Next thing you want to do is re-oil your foam filter. So, over here we have a plastic bag, stick it in here and we also have some lawnmower engine oil. You don’t need a lot, just maybe need about a tablespoon of oil. Put that in there and just squeeze the foam and the oil in the plastic bag. Squeeze it around a little bit. Your foam filter is now clean and re-oiled. Be sure you put it back on the right way, put the cap back on, grab your screw and screwdriver, place back on the lawnmower on top of the carburetor and rescrew it on. Now you are set. "
