"Hi, I'm Stan DeFreitas, Mr. Green Thumb. You know one of the plants that are really attractive, there's a whole group of cacti, and of course succulence as well, cacti are easy to grow. You can't hardly kill them, if you do you need to contact me and we put you in for the prestigious Brown Thumber of the Year Award. You can't hardly kill a cacti. Just don't over water it. Now when you have a cacti, you'll notice most of them are in a pretty dry soil, and there's a good reason for that. They get too much moisture, they're not designed to be in a wet area. That's the reason these little spines are actually modified leaves. That's the reason critters don't bother it, you won't bother it much, and you ought to just put it in an area where you can really admire it, but not bother it. Cactus are easy to grow. Simply put them in area where you've got full sun, but maybe partial shade, make sure you do water them on rare occasion, and make sure you fertilize it with a good, maybe liquid plant food about every three to six months. Cactus are easy to grow, you shouldn't have a problem. For On Gardening, I'm Stan DeFreitas, Mr. Green Thumb."
