Knee Mats in Gardening

"Hi, I'm Stan DeFreitas, "Mr. Green Thumb" for On Gardening. You know one of the tools that I enjoy the most is probably the simplest. And this happens to be a knee mat. You can say well what's so important about this? Well, if you're out in the yard or garden and you're down on your knees and you're my age or older, you're probably have a problem sometimes getting down there for 20 or 30 minutes and then getting back up. If you've got one of these knee mats, wherever you go you can make it easier on your knees and getting down and getting up. If you're putting in flowers, you're putting in vegetables, if you're getting ready to put that rose bed in, you need to get down there and of course you've got your hand tools in your hand, the knee mat is going to make it easier on your back and on your knees. Its simple, something you can find at almost any nursery garden supply store and yet you're going to find that this is one of the tools that you're really going to enjoy. Not only that, your knees and your back are going to thank you for having this simple tool, the knee mat. Put it underneath your knees and you're going to have a lot less problems.
