"We are going to talk a little bit about how we are going to get water to our shower, our toilet, our new washing machine, and our sink. What I had to do was I had to find a place where I could pull cold water and also pull hot water and being that these were the old pipes here that supplied hot and cold water to the old washing machine I decided that this would be the best place to get my water for everything that is new. What I did was I cut off the old pipes and then I started running new hot water pipes around the corner, these are water pipe protecting plates which keeps the dry wailers from running nails into your new plumbing so we had to put those over where we cut out to allow our pipe to run through our studs. So getting back we ran the hot water over to here and this is where we ran the hot water back up to our shower and this is the shower valve or protective plate that we will remove once it is all finished and the dry wall is back on. Then our handle will fit on here and then it continues on because we need hot water for our washing machine and we also need hot water for our sink. Our hot water line continued to run through our wall, turn the corner and we had some fancy finagling with some 90's and 45's and tees and then we ended up coming in and tying in to our hot water valve for our washing machine here and being that I still needed hot water at my new sink I used a tee here and we continued the water line over to the sink and that is how we ran hot water for all of our fixtures in our bathroom."
