"In this clip were going to just talk about the seat and the pedals. This seat is adjusted and fitted to me. So that if I ever get into a crash I am not going to get hurt. Your seatbelts are also connected to your seat. The bar is behind your seat and underneath your seat so that you can tighten these down, which will give you more safety. These keep you tight in the car and tight in your seat. I have a headrest on my seat. This keeps my head tensed up, which prevents me from getting too tired. Connected to this seat I have knee guards. Therefore, if I ever get into a crash my knees are not messed up or damaged in all these wires and tubes and stuff. On the pedals, the brake pedals are on the same side as your car. The right is the gas and brake is on the left. They work a little bit different. The brake goes forward then back like this, whereas your gas goes up and down like this. Therefore, in your car, your going to go like this, and so n your sprint car you are going to go like this and like this."
